Every child has a potential and skills that God give to them.  It is a God’s gift to every child to use it to become a better person and to be a good leader someday. The potential of the child is not the same as the adult.  Starting from its infancy, adolescence to adulthood, the skills will appear as time will come according to the proper education and moral values feed by the parent.  From his or her social, physical, emotional, and intellectual capacity the child will develop with the help of his or her parent.  First, the parents should know what the skills that the child will enhance more.  The parent should have objectives on how to develop the skills of the child. Because children believe what the parents say.  Parent should have a strong foundation of learning as the skills development of the child will learn.  The importance of learning is what the main purpose for developing the skills.  In order to enhance more the skills of the child is being responsible by the parent to provide a child a good quality education so that the learning will be more evaluated.

Being a mother is not that easy. The responsibility is not quite simple to every mother in this world.  There are times that a mother should sacrifice her career just for the sake of her family. A mother is the light of family. She is the one who laundry the clothes, she prepares for what the food that her family will eat, budgeting for the expenses inside the house like telephone bills, water, electricity and many more.  There is no exact strategy on how to balance with regards to work and motherhood.  But there are women who make a way on how to handle this situation. The efficiency as being mother will be more productive on the work while the children is sleeping or playing.  Ask the father to help in the house work in order to lessen her burden and to do her work without thinking anything.  With regards to balancing work and motherhood, it is recommended to have a day planner or daily schedule so that the balance of time will be evaluated and organized.  With the use of daily schedule a mother can now organized the work and task effectively, productively and meaningfully.
