Each parent wants his or her child to grow with fear with God, obeying the parents and be responsible for every decision he or she will make. There is no such formula for parenting.  Open communication with the children makes the children comfortable and makes them think that they are part of the family as well. Many parent encounters child with a nature of naughty, disobeys, liar, and stubborn.  In order to overcome this kind of problems talk to the child in a nice way. Don’t shout while you scold the child.  You must realize to them that you do that for the sake of his personality that it is not good to do it anymore.   Don’t make your child down.   Parents should boost the confidence or self esteem of the child. Give them moral support for what every decision they make in life. Parents must realize the child to have a positive outlook in life.  Teach them how to become socialize with other people and they are not scared with people.   The best parenting you can give is to show a good moral character to them. To be a good model because what child will see on you can affects his or her personality either good or bad.

Being a mother is not that easy. The responsibility is not quite simple to every mother in this world.  There are times that a mother should sacrifice her career just for the sake of her family. A mother is the light of family. She is the one who laundry the clothes, she prepares for what the food that her family will eat, budgeting for the expenses inside the house like telephone bills, water, electricity and many more.  There is no exact strategy on how to balance with regards to work and motherhood.  But there are women who make a way on how to handle this situation. The efficiency as being mother will be more productive on the work while the children is sleeping or playing.  Ask the father to help in the house work in order to lessen her burden and to do her work without thinking anything.  With regards to balancing work and motherhood, it is recommended to have a day planner or daily schedule so that the balance of time will be evaluated and organized.  With the use of daily schedule a mother can now organized the work and task effectively, productively and meaningfully.
